Solicitor License Application

All applicants must adhere to Chapter 122 of the Code of Ordinances of West Union, Iowa which can be seen at www.westunion.com.

All applicants must provide evidence of your bond with the Iowa Secretary of State in Accordance with Chapter 9C of the Code of Iowa prior to permit approval.

Hours of solicitation: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Fee Base: $5.00 Application fee for all applicants plus length of time

Up to 6 months.............. $100.00

Up to 1 Year.................... $200.00
