Palmer Lutheran Health Center (PLHC) is a progressive, not-for-profit, 25-bed Critical Access Hospital situated between the scenic hills and prairies in northeast Iowa. Located in West Union, Iowa, seat of county government for Fayette County, the hospital serves a population base in excess of 15,000. The hospital is affiliated with Gundersen Health System, LaCrosse, Wisconsin, and is devoted to providing excellence in medical care in a compassionate, caring atmosphere.

Gundersen West Union Clinic

The Gundersen West Union Clinic provides comprehensive medical care for the whole family. We provide a full complement of medical services, including routine wellness exams, prenatal and obstetrical care, diabetes management, osteopathic manipulations, illness and injury care, chronic disease management, general surgery, lab and X-ray.
